🥧Bacon and Egg
Shredded bacon with onion gives the pie a nice balance between the saltiness of the bacon and the sweetness of the onion. A whole egg on top is simply seasoned with some pepper, without any extra seasoning.
🥧Mince and Cheese
The mince gravy has a good balance with the onion and some tomato sauce flavors. The gravy is not too rich.
Final Thoughts
Overall, the flavors of the pies are tasty, but the pastry is a bit dry.
